All course registrations and payments are subject to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy. Refund eligibility is determined by course type, registration status, and notice provided.
Fees for online courses, digital materials, and completed training sessions are non-refundable once access has been granted or the course has begun. In-person and hybrid course refunds, rescheduling, or credits may be offered at the discretion of Lioness Response & Consulting LLC and must be requested within the specified timeframe.
Lioness Response & Consulting LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, registrants will be offered a rescheduled date or credit. No refunds will be issued for failure to attend, late arrival, or incomplete participation.

Refunds & Cancellations
Participants may request rescheduling depending on availability. Fees may apply for changes made within 48 hours of the scheduled class.
• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the class start time may receive a refund or credit, minus any administrative fees.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.
• No-shows are non-refundable.
• The Company may reschedule or cancel a class due to low enrollment, instructor availability, weather, or emergencies. In such cases, participants will be offered a reschedule or full refund.
