All training provided by Lioness Response and Consulting LLC is for educational purposes only and does not guarantee the prevention of injury or death. Skills taught are not a substitute for professional medical care. Always activate emergency medical services (911) in an emergency.
Participation in training involves physical activity and is done at your own risk. Lioness Response and Consulting LLC, its instructors, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages resulting from participation or use of skills learned.
Training content follows current national guidelines at the time of instruction. Certification is issued only upon successful completion of course requirements and is subject to the policies of the issuing organization.

Terms of Service Agreement
Lioness Response & Consulting LLC.
Effective Date: December 20, 2025
1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in, purchasing, or participating in any CPR, First Aid, or related emergency training or services offered by Lioness Response & Consulting LLC.
(“the Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“the Client,” “you,” or “participant”) agree to be bound by this Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Lioness Response & Consulting offers CPR, AED, First Aid, BLS, and other emergency preparedness courses and services. Specific course descriptions, requirements, and certification details are available on our website or at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.
3. Eligibility
Participants must:
• Meet all age and skill prerequisites outlined for the selected course.
• Be physically capable of performing CPR skills required for certification.
• Provide accurate registration information.
Minors may require parental consent depending on course type.
4. Certification
Many classes result in certification through organizations such as the American Heart Association (AHA), Red Cross, Health & Safety Institute (HIS) or equivalent. Certification requirements are determined by the issuing body—not the Company.
• Successful completion requires meeting all testing criteria.
• Failure to meet required competencies may result in non-certification without refund.
Certification cards may be delivered digitally or physically, depending on course type.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of registration unless otherwise specified.
We accept major credit cards, digital payments, and other methods listed during checkout.
5.1 Refunds & Cancellations
• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the class start time may receive a refund or credit, minus any administrative fees.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.
• No-shows are non-refundable.
• The Company may reschedule or cancel a class due to low enrollment, instructor availability, weather, or emergencies. In such cases, participants will be offered a reschedule or full refund.
6. Assumption of Risk
CPR training involves physical activity, including kneeling, bending, and performing chest compressions. By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:
• You are voluntarily engaging in physical activity at your own risk.
• You are responsible for assessing your physical ability to participate.
• The Company is not responsible for injuries or health issues arising from participation.
If you have medical concerns, consult a physician before participating.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company, its instructors, employees, and affiliates are not liable for:
• Injuries sustained during training
• Misuse or incorrect application of CPR skills
• Damages resulting from reliance on classroom instruction
• Losses related to failed certification or employment requirements
Our training does not guarantee performance outcomes in real-life emergencies.
8. Participant Conduct
Participants agree to:
• Act respectfully toward instructors and other students
• Follow safety instructions at all times
• Not disrupt the class environment
• Use equipment properly
The Company may remove any participant who violates these standards, with no refund.
9. Use of Materials
All course materials, videos, manuals, and content provided during training are the intellectual property of the Company or the certifying organization.
Participants may not copy, reproduce, or distribute materials without written permission.
10. Privacy Policy
The Company collects limited personal data necessary for registration and certification.
We do not sell or share personal information except as required by certifying organizations or for legal compliance.

11. Rescheduling Policy
Participants may request rescheduling depending on availability. Fees may apply for changes made within 48 hours of the scheduled class.
12. Photography, Video, and Media Use Policy
12.1 Purpose
The purpose of this section is to outline the institution’s procedures and expectations regarding the capture and use of photographs, video recordings, and other media during training sessions. This policy ensures transparency, protects learner privacy, and supports the organization’s communication and training objectives.
12.2 Media Capture During Training
The company may take photographs or video recordings during training sessions for the following purposes:

Marketing and promotional content

Website, brochures, and social media posts

Internal reports and training records
Media capture will be conducted in a manner that does not disrupt the instructional process or compromise safety during CPR skills practice.
12.3 Consent for Use of Images and Recordings
Participation in the Training Program constitutes consent for the company to capture, store, and use the participant’s image, voice, or likeness in photographs or recordings for the purposes listed above.
By enrolling in the program, learners acknowledge and agree that:

Their image may appear in group or individual photos or recordings taken during training.

The company has the right to use such images without compensation.

The media may be used in print, digital, or online formats.

The company retains full ownership of all photographs and recordings created during the training.
12.4 Opt-Out Option
Adult learners who do not wish to have their image or likeness used must submit a written opt-out request to the program administrator before the training session begins.
The company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate opt-out requests, such as seating adjustments or exclusion from group photos, but cannot guarantee complete avoidance of incidental capture.
12.5 Restrictions

Participants may not record, photograph, or film any portion of the training session without prior approval from the instructor and program administration.

Unauthorized distribution of training materials, images, or videos is strictly prohibited.
12.6 Storage and Security
All media captured during training sessions will be stored securely and used in alignment with company guidelines. The organization retains the right to archive or delete media at its discretion.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state in which the Company operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
14. Amendments
We may update or revise this Agreement at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
