Service Description
Prepares teens and new caregivers with the knowledge and confidence needed to provide safe, responsible care for infants and children. This course covers basic childcare skills, injury prevention, emergency response, choking relief, basic first aid, and age-appropriate supervision. Participants also learn professionalism, decision-making, and how to handle common babysitting challenges. Ideal for teens, family members, and first-time babysitters looking to build skills, confidence, and trust with parents.
Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the class start time may receive a refund or credit, minus any administrative fees. • Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable. • No-shows are non-refundable. • The Company may reschedule or cancel a class due to low enrollment, instructor availability, weather, or emergencies. In such cases, participants will be offered a reschedule or full refund.
